Important Conditions for Return/Refund

To claim any return, refund, or exchange, customers must follow these conditions strictly:

1. Unboxing Video is Mandatory

Customers must record a complete unboxing video while opening the package.

The video must clearly show:

  • Sealed package
  • Opening process
  • Product condition
  • Any damage or missing item

Without a proper unboxing video, no refund, return, or exchange request will be accepted.

2. Product Must Be in Original Condition

The item must:

  • Be unused
  • Not be broken or physically damaged
  • Include original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags

We do not accept returns for:

  • Broken products caused after delivery
  • Physically damaged items by customer misuse
  • Used or altered products

3. Courier Damage Cases

If the product arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Broken during courier delivery

then customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Unboxing video
  • Product photos
  • Order details

After verification, we will provide:

  • Replacement
  • Exchange
  • Or refund (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Situations

Refund/return/exchange will NOT be accepted if:

  • No unboxing video is provided
  • Return request is made after 7 days

  • Product is incomplete or missing accessories
  • Wrong usage caused the issue
